On Thursday, October 9th, Memorial Public School on Welland Ave unveiled a new sign for the front of the school. Due to water damage, the old sign needed to be replaced and Bud Stoner was all too ready to pitch in again. Bud was on hand to cut the blue ribbon and accept a token of thanks from Miss Redman's grade one class. Bud was thrilled to learn that past parents and school council members continue to be involved with the groundskeeping of the school.
