Sports Complex Grand Opening
Ridley College is a co-ed boarding and day preparatory school from grades five through to University entrance located in St. Catharines. On January 30th members of the Ridley community, dignitaries, invited guests and the general public celebrated the grand opening of Ridley’s new arena and field house. The new $12.5 million arena located next to the Griffith Complex will have seating for 450 and standing room for 700. The arena was built by leaders in energy and environmental design and will be utilized as an indoor year round field house. It also has an indoor training track and four multi-purpose areas, such as basketball courts and floor hockey pads.
