Chapters Welcomes IndigoKids

IndigoKids is a new department within Chapters and the grand opening of the department was celebrated on August 6. It was a Superhero party with special guests Geronimo, Peter Rabbit and Clifford the Big Red dog. Children had an opportunity to make their own Superhero costumes. Local author and teacher Brian Cretney stopped by to meet the boys and girls and read his new book “Tooter’s Stinky Wish”. The day included crafts, colouring time, easel time and a scavenger hunt. And what would a celebration be without cake? They had that too! The new area is age appropriate for babies, toddlers and teens. There is everything you could possibly imagine from books to crafts to toys to costumes and much, much more. Take a visit and have your purchases gift-wrapped for free and watch for the new “Lootbag”, a one-stop birthday shop.
