Deck the (City) Halls!

Students from Burleigh Hill Public School helped make the holidays a little more festive for residents of St. Catharines by painting the windows of City Hall on November 29. A group of ten young and very talented artists in Grades 7 and 8 arrived at City Hall with their paints and brushes in hand, brightening up the building with beautiful paintings of Christmas Tree's, Snowmen and Presents. The message of Happy Holiday's was in place until the New Year.
